Meet Your Sisters

Jordan Buchan

I appreciate a mind that wonders, but a wandering mind can sometimes cause us to lose the connection of our feet to the earth. Through my studies in neuroscience and somatics, I formed a fascination with mind-body connections. My deep faith in the power of these connections led me to meditation and body work. I have over 1500 hours of formal training in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and somatics.

I’m a Somatic Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Mastery Method Coach. My lifelong yearning to comprehend the intricate mind-body connection, born from my own journey of disconnection, has led me to an incredible path to guide women like you in befriending their bodies, unlocking their potential, and enriching their quality of life.
