The work you would otherwise spend your evenings making

Whether you work one to one, run groups, or teach in rooms full of people, these are finished materials, not templates you still have to finish.

01 . Group work

Circle and group frameworks

Structured roadmaps for running relational circles and processing groups, including the sequencing that keeps a group safe and integrated.

02 . Teaching

Presentation frameworks

Slide wireframes and topic outlines for talks in local settings and professional networks, so you are not building a deck from a blank page.

03 . Workshops

Workshop Blueprints

Timeline blueprints for recurring community and corporate events, with the running order, timings and materials already worked out.

04 . Client tracking

Logging and tracking sheets

Clean logging charts and tracking sheets to add to a membership, a cohort, or an online course you already run.

05 . In session

Client handouts and journals

Somatic-grounded worksheets and journals you can hand a client in the room, designed to be written on rather than filed away.

06 . Outreach

Care Packages & Content

Resource blueprints you can adapt into a lead magnet, a newsletter insert, or a care package for the people already on your list.

Included in every membership

Webinar training, start to finish

A step-by-step course on planning, scripting, hosting and following up a webinar that actually enrolls people. Not a template pack, the whole method.

Live Resource Clinic

A live practice lab every month

Every month there is a live session: we work through a technique in detail, look at how to adapt a resource to your client group, and answer whatever is actually in the way.

  • Technique walk-throughs in detail
  • Direct Q&A on adapting materials
  • Feedback on how you onboard clients
  • Time with other practitioners

You are not working this out alone

Direct guidance on fitting these materials to your own therapeutic model, your client group, and the way you actually run a session.

How a month actually works

Three live sessions a month and one new set of materials. Everything is recorded, so a missed week is not a lost month. The library stays open for as long as you are a member.

Week one

New materials land

A fresh set of session resources goes into the library: client worksheets, a circle framework, or a script pack, finished and ready to brand as your own.

Week two

Live practice lab

One technique taken apart in detail, then open Q&A on adapting it to your own client group and therapeutic model.

Live · 90 minutes
Week three

Workshop clinic

Bring a workshop you are planning. We work through the running order, the timings, the pricing, and the first ten minutes, together.

Live · 90 minutes
Week four

Practitioner room

An open session with the other members. What worked, what did not, and who needs a second pair of eyes on something before they run it.

Live · 60 minutes

Sessions are scheduled to suit the founding cohort once places are confirmed. Recordings are posted within 24 hours.

One membership, everything included.

  • Therapist-reviewed materials

Finished layouts, worksheets and somatic frameworks you can customize with your own name and use in a session this week.

  • Complete workshop systems

Step-by-step scripts, room setup sequences and the practical structure for filling a room and running it well.

  • A live practice lab every month

Live troubleshooting, feedback on your own materials, and time with a small group of other practitioners.

ABOUT SOFIA

I am an Intern Somatic Body Psychotherapist, Neuroscientist, Dancer, and Dance Teacher. My passion for mental health began at age 14, sparked by a natural ability to attune to people’s emotional landscapes.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve travelled the world exploring the human psyche — a journey that shaped my integrated approach, rooted in neuroscience (brain), psychology (mind), philosophy (spirit), and somatic practices like dance (body).

This embedded with my empirical experience has made it a personal and interpersonal discovery – in line with my essence and natural tendency to help those around me deal with various aspects of mental well-being.

It is this multidimensional understanding of what it means to be human that is at the heart of my work.

My work as a somatic body psychotherapist draws on the concept that life is a continuous unfolding process, from the first cell in the womb to the present moment. All aspects of our being need to be considered when navigating mental health issues.

I support each client’s unique process with openness and curiosity of all these aspects, helping transform scattered energy into a coherent source of well-being and vitality, reshaping life in ways that often exceed expectations.

Through my Neuroscience of Dance project and Dance Integrated Healing Method, I offer neurocognitive and movement-based tools for healing.

For the past six years, I’ve supported dancers and educators worldwide through sessions and workshops, focusing on injury recovery, neurological rehabilitation, memory and balance, mental health, and the therapeutic potential of dance. This integration of dance, neuroscience, and psychology began during my postgraduate research on the brain mechanisms behind dance, in collaboration with a leading researcher in the field.

My research has been published in Dance Data, Cognition, and Multimodal Communication and presented at the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS) conference. I was honoured when this project was nominated for the IADMS Dance Educator Award (2022) and the Applied Dance Science Award (2021) from One Dance UK, which also recognised me as a Healthier Dancer Practitioner.

Personally, advocate for neurodiversity as a proud dyslexic. I love cats, cute cafes, cats, long walks, writing, cats, poetry.

Did I say cats?
